Courses Bundled with Physical Robotics Kits Some of our training programs include physical robotics kits shipped directly to the trainee. Because these kits are paired with immediate access to our digital learning environment, courses bundled with physical kits are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.

Standalone Physical Robotics Kits (Kits Purchased Without a Course) If you purchase a physical robotics kit on its own (not bundled with a digital course), we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a refund, the kit must be completely unused, unassembled, and in its original, unopened packaging.

• Return Shipping: The customer is strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Quality Assurance & Faulty Components (All Kits) Every single hardware component and robotics kit is rigorously tested by our engineering team for full functionality and quality before being packaged and shipped to you. However, if you receive a component that is faulty or damaged upon receipt due to transit, we will gladly replace the specific defective part (not the entire kit).

• How to Request a Replacement: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your kit and provide clear proof of the defect (such as photos or a short video showing the faulty component). Once our team verifies the issue, we will ship the replacement part to you at no additional cost.

Appointments and Personal Consultations When you book a private consultation, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with our trainers, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
